Hull Albion Square receives planning approval

Planning approval has been granted to the Albion Square development in the heart of Hull city centre. The mixed-use scheme is set to further regenerate the area following the success of the city’s recently opened Bonus Arena.

The designs transform a key strategic site into a high-quality, mixed-use residential, retail and leisure development. Also incorporating a new Ice Arena and generous public realm, the design represents a major strategic project in line with the City’s Local Plan.

John Roberts, Director, said: “We have enjoyed working extensively with the council to create another exciting, ambitious project that is set to attract businesses and visitors into the city centre. Our team has worked tirelessly to create a solution that retains the Three Ships Mural, involving a collaborative effort from all involved, including the local community. We look forward to the designs coming to fruition.”
