Role

Join our dynamic and expanding London studio as a Senior Architect/Technologist and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of sports and leisure infrastructure. At AFL Architects we are passionate about pushing boundaries and creating innovative designs that leave a lasting impact. We are seeking an experienced individual with strong Revit skills, project lead experience, and a knack for technical excellence to join our growing team.

As a Senior Architect/Technologist, you will take on a key role within our team, leading delivery of projects within the sports and leisure sector. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, from stadiums and major events venues to elite athlete training facilities and community sports hubs. (There may also be opportunities to work on residential, commercial and masterplanning projects if desired).

Working directly with senior leadership, this is a highly engaged role which requires an ability to work under pressure and to stringent deadlines, yet also recognises the importance of work/life balance. This is a role that welcomes a flexible, team focussed approach and will be extremely rewarding to the right person.

Skills

Required – must demonstrate a strong capability:

  • Extensive experience in technical and delivery stages of architectural projects
  • Strong proficiency in Revit software
  • Communication and people management at senior level
  • Time management / prioritisation skills
  • Proven experience in project lead/job running roles
  • Detail orientated and good judgement of client requirements
